This is how the SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP works

Check-in starts at 08:00 - time for registration, the first coffee and a relaxed arrival. The doors to the TOOL MEETUP hall will open at 08:30.

The official welcome begins at 09:00. Here you will find out everything you need to know about the schedule, the general conditions and get helpful tips on how to make the most of the day. The first session starts at 09:30.

The day is divided into two blocks of three sessions each. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is followed by a 15-minute break - time to process impressions and change tables.

After the first three sessions, you can look forward to a one-hour lunch break with catering and space for discussion and exchange.

The second block follows in the afternoon with a further three 45-minute sessions, each interrupted by a 15-minute break.

In each session, you will sit at a table with a manufacturer of your choice. The leading providers in the field of ITSM and beyond will present their solutions to you, point out special features and answer your individual questions - personally, directly and at eye level.

Tip: Use the opportunity to split up into teams to get to know as many manufacturers as possible and evaluate your impressions together later.
