When is the TOOL MEETUP open to the public?

The opening hours of the TOOL MEETUP are as follows:

  • Check-In for partners: From 07:30 am
  • Check-In for participants: From 08:00 a.m.

Is there a contact person on site?

A contact person will be available to you on site during the TOOL MEETUP. The quickest way to reach them is via the SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP Service Desk on site directly at the entrance.

When is dismantling possible?

Dismantling is possible after the last session and the official farewell. Please adhere to this time limit. Earlier dismantling disrupts the event and leaves a bad impression on the guests.

Is there a way to send material directly to the SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP?

Is there a power connection at my table?

Each table has a power connection (220 volts) for free use.

Is there WLAN/LAN on site?

WLAN is available free of charge. If you would like a LAN connection at your table, this can be booked with us in advance for an additional fee.

Are there special rules and regulations for special promotions, give-aways or serving drinks at the table?

In principle, you can bring any kind of give-aways. However, it should not be perishable food or open drinks such as smoothies. The serving of drinks must always be agreed with us in advance, as many aspects have to be taken into account. Feel free to contact us!

Do I have to wear my badge/access card?

You will receive your badge when you check in at the SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP Service Desk. Please wear your badge so that our team can recognize which manufacturer you belong to.

Can I lock up my valuables on site?

No, the tables are not monitored. Therefore, the storage of valuables at the table is at your own risk.

When must my table be occupied?

Tables must be staffed at all times during opening hours.

Can I invite my customers to the SERVIEW TOOL MEETUP free of charge?

Each partner receives unlimited free tickets (discount code) which they can distribute to their customers. Participation is always booked via the website, where you can enter the discount code. Please contact us on 06172 / 1774460.

What is an exhibitor pass?

The exhibitor pass only entitles the holder to table service and participation in the coffee breaks and lunch.

Can materials (e.g. flyers) be distributed outside the exhibition stand?

The distribution of materials outside the exhibition stand is generally possible, but requires the approval of SERVIEW. Please contact our event team for more information.

The display of flyers in the congress hall is possible for a fee as part of a booking.
